Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Muscleclean may be returned or exchanged.

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The return period begins on the day you receive the product.

To start a return, contact us at contact@muscleclean.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address within two business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
